Monday there will be a mandatory meeting during lunch, starting at 11:00. If you are going to Colorado, you must be there!!
at this time we will talk about tours, cars, hotel rooms, etc. We will also be handing out contracts and collecting money!
The final number for the amount of people going is 18-20 people. Priority for who gets to go is this:
Seniors get first dibs
drivers will then be guaranteed a spot (we need as many as we can get!)
after this, it's whoever gets their money in first!
The total price for travel and hotel is: 125 dollars per person.
this does not include food and museum ticket prices, however we are working on free tours.
Be ready with $125 CASH on Monday if you want to go!
we'll accept checks to hold your place but we need all cash in by Friday. No exceptions.
